Leadership Pools
As you advance in rank, you gain access to Leadership Pools. These pools allow higher-ranking Wellness Advocates to share in a percentage of doTERRA’s global monthly sales. Leadership Pools are available to Wellness Advocates who achieve the ranks of Premier and above. The earnings from these pools increase as you move up the ranks, offering a significant income potential for those who build a strong organization. There are several types of Leadership Pools:

• Premier Pool: Available to those who achieve the Premier rank.
• Silver Pool: For those who reach the Silver rank and higher.
• Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Pools: These pools provide additional income opportunities for leaders who achieve these ranks.
