Looking back on how this incredible journey began, I realize that doTERRA was no accident—but becoming an accidental builder? That part was a surprise! My journey started in 2009 when I qualified as an Aromatherapist, setting me on a mission to find the purest, most powerful essential oils in the world. I knew my clients deserved nothing less than the best, and I was determined to give them that.
In 2010, I opened my clinic, but it wasn’t until March of 2011, at a Health Expo, that I discovered what I had been searching for. One whiff of doTERRA’s Peppermint oil, and I knew it was something completely different—something unlike anything I had ever experienced. From that moment, I was hooked! I knew I’d found the gold standard in essential oils, and I wasn’t going to be swayed by anything else.
This is where my love affair with doTERRA began.
But here's the twist: I didn’t dive into building a business immediately. For two years, I was a loyal customer, fully immersed in my clinic. That is, until fate stepped in. I reconnected with the very same woman who had introduced me to doTERRA at that initial expo. Was it just coincidence? I prefer to think it was destiny!
That’s when I started sharing my passion for essential oils far and wide, traveling across the country. Then came a moment that really set everything in motion. Without even knowing it, I entered an incentive competition and somehow ended up in the top 20 globally. The prize? $2,000 US! But there was a catch—I had to attend the doTERRA Convention in Utah to claim it. It was a no-brainer!

I went, and it completely cemented my love for this company.
From there, everything skyrocketed. My team grew, and after finishing 3rd in Australia’s Diamond Club, I reached the rank of Diamond. The rewards? Unbelievable. Incentive trips, including a life-changing humanitarian mission to Nepal—these experiences have been some of the best of my life.
