LRP order to be placed before the 15th of the month (MDT) 3. Orders must be a single order, they can not be combined 4. How do I earn Points? Rewards Points are calculated from a percentage of a Loyalty Rewards Order's PV. For example, if you're sitting at 10% and you place a 100PV Loyalty Rewards Order, you will receive 10 points. If you're sitting at 20%, you'll receive 20 points and so on. The longer you participate, the more reward points you'll receive- up to 30%. Better yet- the months with qualifying orders do not need to be consecutive! The graph below shows your pathway to achieving 30% of your Loyalty Rewards Order back in points!
Now I've earned my points.. What do I do with them? Once you've earned your Loyalty Rewards Points, the fun begins! Now you go shopping! The points you receive through Loyalty Rewards Program orders can be redeemed for product on one-time or LRP orders. You can use points on an order you place through the Virtual Office order by doing the following:
Add at least one item to your cart, click on your cart in the top navigation bar. Click "Review Order."
In the order summary page, you will see all the items in your cart.
Go to the item you wish to use points on. On the right you will select the quantity of the item you wish to use points on in the "Use Points?" box. The item you choose to use points on will then turn white and move to the bottom of your order.
Repeat step three until you have used points on all the products you would like. You can see your remaining rewards points in "My Remaining Rewards Points" at the bottom of your items.
You must process the order after using the points. Items with points attached will not be saved.
