Step 3 - Introducing your friends and family to doTERRA's essential oils and products is where you begin. Just like you would share a good book or an amazing resturant, we love to share our experiences with our peer group, and it's no different with doTERRA. If you discover 3-5 people who also share your love of oils, and they opt into the Loyalty Rewards Program you could be on your way to earning your first Power of Three commission (approx $75 AUD for the month). This commission is on top of the 20% Fast Start Commission (Paid out for the first 60 days - regardless of how many orders are placed by the new enrollee) you will earn when your new team member sets up their account.
Step 4 - From there, the networking begins.
The Term Network marketing or Multi Level Marketing (MLM) is a method of selling products directly to consumers without intermediary retail stores, using word of mouth to promote their products rather than paying exhorbitant amounts to advertising companies. Products are sold through a network of distributors, namely Wellness Advocates, and earn commissions on the sales he/she makes. MLM's often get a bad wrap and are sometimes mistaken for Pyramid Schemes. Pyramid Schemes require new investors to pay a fee for the right to sell the products as well as the right to recruit others for rewards unrelated to product sales or services (often selling an idea or investment of some description on the promise of earning money, and have no product). Pyramid Schemes were made illegal in Australia in 1974.
